Sven Havemann is computer scientist, he works at the 'Institute of ComputerGraphics and KnowledgeVisualisation' (CGV) at TU Graz. He holds a PhD in computer graphics from Braunschweig University of Technology (Germany). In 2005 the whole research group of Prof. Dieter Fellner moved to Graz to found the new TU institute. TU Graz is heavily investing in the complementary fields computer graphics and computer vision, which is currently converging and will merge in near future to form a novel discipline of fundamental importance, visual computing.
